    • A.T. Weaver

I am a straight great grandmother living alone with my cat, Cleopatra, in an independent living facility for the elderly I have four children, eleven grandchildren, and one great grandson.I started writing gay love stories in 2003 after meeting over 3,000 gay men on line who educated me to the plight of the LGBT community in America.I ve been told that because I believe gays can be Christian I m going to Hell well, I d rather be there with my gay friends than in Heaven with some of the people who judge them.

    • My first time reading this I thought it was terrible. I decided to give it a second shot and read it again and found out that I did like it.Dave comes off as pompous at times, some of the details and references are repeated to death, and the sex scenes - really, there are none.Give it try.

    • This is a 3.5. I won this on AT Weaver's Hop against Homophobia blog post. I enjoyed the story line and it was a good, long story that flowed quite easily. It is the story of Jesse and Dave - a true opposites attract story. I found the dialogue in the first half a bit unbelievable and a bit 'he said this' 'he said that', and would have enjoyed more depth to the characters. Overall, a light, enjoyable story with a great HEA.

    • The other Weaver books I have read had a fantasy feel to them. This one was different but it was great! Can't wait to read another.
