    • This is one of the hauls I got during the OMF Literature super sale. Finally after several attempts I am finally done reading it. Not that it is not good read but because of things I can't explain this book seems to disappear each time. It is a non-fiction book which I greatly related to.     • Mediocre book but some good stuff in it Overall a good guideline of how to cope with many of the emotions we all face from time to time . I thought it was a good book but not a great one. It was not a page turner.


    • Great book which teaches us to use our emotions to our own advantage. I had so many insights and learnings on how to befriend my emotions. This is the kind of book you will want to read all over again. One of my favorite self-help book from now on.
