    • There are several things that I really liked about this book. I liked all of the characters in the storyline. From the main heroes to the secondary and light third story characters storyline. This book had a lot going on in it. There is alot of emotionally charged dialog, funny moments, sexy moments and downright romantic moments in it. Since this is exactly the kind of book that I enjoy reading, I hated to see it end. All of the characters had depth to them. I honestly didn't know that this is [...]

    • Kris Killborn is a wanna-be country singer who tries to make both ends meet working as hand in a dude ranch in Montana. He is not a bad man, but probably at 27 years old he needs to give up to his glory dreams and finds a real work. Blake is a 24 years old med student from the East. Wealthy south family and gay he is just recovering from a nervous breakdown: his best friend and roommate Charlie dead in a car accident while they were arguing about their relationship; shattered by the sense of gui [...]

He comes to the Lazy C guest ranch with some college friends and there meets Kris Killborn.Kris is a singer whose band has broken up and is now working for his friend Rafe and his partner Jamie as a ranch hand at the Lazy C.Kris and Blake are an unlikely couple with their different personalities and life experiences. When they meet they are each surprised at the attraction they fee [...]

    • I liked this a little better than its prequel. The main characters, Blake and Kris, were very likeable and I was really rooting for them to get together. (I think I may have liked them mnore than the couple in the previous story.) I also liked that Rafe and Jamie were on slightly more even footing in this outing. I didn't realize how much I didn't like the power imbalance in their prior relationship until I read this story. Again the author has a way with "cowboy" lingo that is natural and feels [...]

    • This sequel was fine piece of work, I loved this it. This second book gave much better view into the feelings of main characters their lives and troubles. I really enjoyed this story, new romance was big bonus for sure. Highly recommended book!
