    • My son--he's eight--watched me walked into our home and have a seat on the sofa. He hopped up next to me with this book, and told me, "Dad, you have to wash your hands when you come in from the outside. You may have germs." "Germs?" I jokingly asked, "am I going to die." We laughed, but it was no laughing matter. He had spoken the truth, but I was clueless as to why this boy was chastising me after a long day. (lol) And then I had an Ah ha! moment. Right on the coffee table was this book, Hop on [...]

    • I always think there are a number of rules you should follow when you’re writing for children. First, you really should know how to use correct grammar. You know as a role model and all. Second, you should at least put some effort into making the page attractive. Actually, readable would be a start. You know: regular spaces between words; lines set nicely on the page; some spacing between lines (which would also help with the ‘Gosh, that’s a lot of white space’ issue). Third, you really [...]

    • I firmly believe that you are NEVER too young or too old to learn something new. Which is why I highly recommend Hop On Board to both children and adults alike, or for anyone who is and always will be young at heart. The illustrations ( by Gigi Art) are so vividly beautiful and hilarious that they only add even more depth and character to an already richly entertaining storyline (as provided by Nicholas A. Price). Let me just say that after reading this book I have never looked at germs the same [...]

    • I really enjoyed reading this book. It is written well and flows smoothly. The whole idea behind the story was interesting, I'm very impressed with this book. I took my time reading it because it was so good I didn't want it to end! Hop On Board is one of those fantasies you and your children will enjoy reading. Highly Recommended.

    • I must admit that Nicholas Price's "A Series of Ghastly Things" really gets my children's reading circles going! The children get really excited and eager to hear what "Ghastly" tale Mr. Price has dreamed up this time around. This one is NO exception. Hop on Board is about as ghastly as it gets. It's about a family of Germs - there are MILLIONS of them! They are EVERYWHERE! and they are actually quite cute (especially the baby germs), which is even funnier when I write this (cute germs???) but t [...]
