But during a storm, she escapes from the life danger to an island that happens to be in a parallel realm.     • Loved it! This is ramping up to be another fabulous series by Ms. Akers. A breathtakingly well-drawn fantasy world, well-developed characters, an intricate plotd even a love interest. What more could you ask for?If you enjoyed The Souls of Aredyrah series you'll love the way she has blended a familiar realm with our modern day world. If you haven't read her previous series yet, you'll want to jump into it as soon as you finish this book.
